MERRY CHRISTMAS 20015

I am so happy  the Lord is giving me this time to share once again with you.
 
This year has been good and we have received many blessings; but as everyone we had our difficult times and trials; however we keep praising the Lord and waiting on Him trusting He always has the perfect plan for all of us knows the when and where and why.

My brother Ruben left us to go with the Lord no too long ago. Although we miss him, we rest and trust we will see him again sometime soon.

Just before my brother passed away Scott and I decided to bring my mother to live with us, a month later my brother found he got cancer  and 6 months later he passed away.  It could have been very difficult for my mom  to be in Peru with my sick brother because he was the one that  care of her. As well difficult for my brother to deal with cancer and treatments while not being able to take care of mother as he used to.... In a way I think God send us to pick mother at the correct   time.  

Working on immigration paperwork for mama, was not easy,  it was very frustrating.  After a lot of work, money and trips to immigration with mother God finally open the doors and gave us 2 beautiful ladies that help us on the way until mama became a legal resident.

 

Bethany keeps growing, she will be 12 soon;  she is almost my height and my shoes are almost to small for her!  I love my baby and God blesses my with her company.

Scott is doing good, working hard  and volunteering his free time putting together solar panels for the Orphanage Emmanuel in Honduras (600 + kids, from 0 to 18).  

The orphanage is private and does not receive any help from the government, but the government do send  kids that  they have no other place to place them.

Can you imagine how much power they use for this orphanage that holds 600 + kids?).  
They are having a hard time paying the bills for power and they need help.  God has send people and donations to that place to help with their needs.  LED bulbs donated by friends, solar panels and solar heaters will make a big difference a blessing to this children.

God bless me with a husband that loves the Lord, loves me and  works hard helping others in the name of Jesus.

My mother is 81, she does not have the best health, but she has Jesus and for her God's grace is enough.

Thank you God for this year. Only  You see  tomorrow, we only see the present, you God have perfect plans for us, we trust you, we know all happens  for a reason, Thank you God for your great love, for keep forgiving, for all your blessings and provisions.

I WILL NOT EAT SHRIMP!

After reading this article about where shrimp we eat comes from, it broke my heart.

I will not eat shrimp from Thailand or if I do not know where the shrimp comes from; because if I do, I will be a partner with the criminals that are abusing and violating human rights. Having poor people as slaves to peel and cut shrimp, and even forcing children to work from 3am to 7 pm, and beating them if they refuse, some are brutally kill.

Hard to believe that many known stores and restaurants are buying from these people. I hope they were innocent and they did not know about this. If these big corporations and chain restaurants knew and bought it just because it is more profitable for their business, they are criminals as well.

I pray for these people that are living a nightmare. I pray that people will cease buying shrimp from Thailand. I pray that the authorities there repent and help these people to escape their slavery. I pray for the slave owners and their partners in crime (the big corporations and Restaurants) that our God will open their eyes and their hearts to repent and be forgiven. They do not realize that their money is blood money, and what they are gaining today will rot tomorrow; if they do not repent on time, I do not even want to think the horror they will face when God puts his hands on them.

Please share and do not buy shrimp from Thailand or unknown sources or restaurants that will not tell you where the shrimp comes from.

This other post after a lot of confusion and controversy.... The Lord always has the correct answers:

 

God commands us to love others... Because I love I have to share God's word even if by doing so means I will have some people calling me “names” or be mad at me or even hate me.

We all are sinners, we need Christ.

Mathew 5:17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. (Jesus speaking in the book of Matthew).

We all sin, but we are call to repent, and with God's strength, abandon and stop the sin.

His sacrifice on the cross was to forgive us, to save us. But, that is not a green light for us to continue in sin.

God's word about Sexual Immorality

Hosea: 4-6 ...my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge.

“Because you have rejected knowledge,...

 Romans 1: 21-27 “For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened.  Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools  and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like a mortal human being and birds and animals and reptiles”.

“Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another.  They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen”.

 “Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones.  In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error”.

Romans 1:32 “Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them”.

1^st. Corinthians: 6:9-10 “Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men, nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God”.

Galatians 5:19 “The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery”;

When we fornicate (have sex activity outside of marriage), we are bowing before an idol, it is a self-idolatry sin. (loving more the desires of our flesh than God).

Jude 1:7 “In a similar way, Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding towns gave themselves up to sexual immorality and perversion. They serve as an example of those who suffer the punishment of eternal fire”.

Sexual Immorality: comes from the Greek word “porno or porcine” meaning any kind of sexual interaction outside of the marriage bond between a man and a woman.

Genesis 19: 24-25 “The Lord rained down burning sulfur on Sodom and Gomorrah—from the Lord out of the heavens. 25 Thus he overthrew those cities and the entire plain, destroying all those living in the cities—and also the vegetation in the land”.

Sodom and Gomorrah, people were so lost indulging in sexual sin that the Lord destroyed the land (Genesis 19)

Leviticus 18:22 “‘Do not have sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman; that is detestable”.

Homosexuality is to refuse the most glorious purpose for which God created your body.

Sexual immorality goes against what God has designed for us.

Homosexuality is a sin as sexual immorality, fornication, adultery and the like.

1^st Corinthians 10:8 “We should not commit sexual immorality, as some of them did—and in one day twenty-three thousand of them died”.

1^st Timothy 1:9-10 We also know that the law is made not for the righteous but for lawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly and sinful, the unholy and irreligious, for those ... for the sexually immoral, for those practicing homosexuality, for slave traders and liars and perjurers—and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine.

When God created Adam, he saw that Adam needed companionship, Thus God created a woman. God saw the need for completion by creating another (a woman), and not the same (another man).

Isaiah 3: 9-12 “The look on their faces testifies against them; they parade their sin like Sodom;
they do not hide it. Woe to them!
They have brought disaster upon themselves.

10 Tell the righteous it will be well with them, for they will enjoy the fruit of their deeds.
11 Woe to the wicked!
    Disaster is upon them!
They will be paid back
    for what their hands have done”.

Deuteronomy 22:5 A woman must not wear men’s clothing, nor a man wear women’s clothing, for the Lord your God detests anyone who does this.

Sexual immorality, Homosexuality, Adultery, fornication and the like is a sin, a rebellion against God perfect plan for humanity (for a man and a woman to became one and have children).

Rejection of God's design is self-idolatry (We love more our flesh desires more than God.). We become our own idol.

1^st Corinthians 6:19-20  “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own”;

“You were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies”.

1^st Corinthians 6:13 ...The body, however, is not meant for sexual immorality but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body. …

1^st Corinthians: 6:18

Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body.

Any kind of sexual immorality is a strong temptation, very difficult to stop. That is the reason God tells us to Flee.

1^st Thessalonians 4: 7-8 “For God did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life.  Therefore, anyone who rejects this instruction does not reject a human being but God, the very God who gives you his Holy Spirit”.

Galatians 5: 21 “... and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God”.

1^st Thessalonians 4:3-5 

It is God’s will that you should be sanctified (clean, pure) : that you should avoid sexual immorality;  that each of you should learn to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable,  not in passionate lust like the pagans, who do not know God;

 Romans 12:2 “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will”.

Colossians 3:5 “Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry”.

Leviticus 18:30  “Keep my requirements and do not follow any of the detestable customs that were practiced before you came and do not defile yourselves with them. I am the Lord your God.’

Ephesians 5:3 “But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God’s holy people.”

Psalm 139: 13-16

For you created my inmost being;
    you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
    your works are wonderful,
    I know that full well.
 My frame was not hidden from you
    when I was made in the secret place,
    when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.
 Your eyes saw my unformed body;
    all the days ordained for me were written in your book
    before one of them came to be.

Job 33:4 The Spirit of God has made me;
    the breath of the Almighty gives me life.

We will never fulfill our hungry hearts by feeding our flesh desires. God, the one that created us, is the only one that will fulfill our hearts. No husband, nor wife, boyfriend or girlfriend, no parents, no children, no money, power or fame will give us a joyful heart. You may experience moments of happiness, but they will be just for a moment and then we will see ourselves hunting for more and more again, never satisfy always in need for more., but God will fill your heart with Joy every moment of your life, He will satisfy our needy heart no matter what will challenge our life.

1^st. Corinthians 6:11 “And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God”.

It is God's desire for homosexuals, adulterers, fornicators, the sexually immoral, drunkards, the disobedient and the like to repent of the sin behavior that dominates their lives, and receive God's free gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. Only He can save us from our present slavery to sin, and the eternal punishment for our sins, so that we can inherit His kingdom.

Proverbs 3:5 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart
    and lean not on your own understanding”;
